Items take 7-12 working days for delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for processing your order, this depends on the item you have ordered. A tracking number will be provided with all purchases.
Free shipping will automatically be added when you spend £50 or more.
express delivery £65
Items take 4-8 working days to ship. Please allow 1-3 working days for processing your order. If you order with express delivery on Friday, please expect your parcel to be processed on the following business working days.
Deliveries are not made on bank holidays.

For your convenience, we ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping £50+ for most places. Shipping comes with tracking so that you are informed when it's on it's way to you. You can choose the shipping method at checkout.

Please allow 1-3 working to process your order, this depends on what you purchased. This depends on the item you have purchased. Please check product description for estimated delivery. Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline only. In some cases, your parcel may arrive sooner or later due to the distance between countries, high demand, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer, although this is rare! It depends on what you purchased & where you live!

personalised orders
Personalised jewellery from the Personalised Edit collection which are bespoke orders, require 2-4 week production. Once production is over we will then ship to your address, shipping time will depend on your shipping method chosen at checkout and could take longer due to public holidays, high demand, covid and shipping disruptions. If you’re an international customer it may take a total of 8 weeks for arrival from the date you ordered.

If you order personalised jewellery along with other jewellery from our store, all items will be sent out together with the personalised made jewellery upon completion. If you wish to receive the other non personalised items sooner, please place two separate orders.

our packaging
Your order will be dispatched in an white box. Each jewellery piece is packaged in a Viva Valeria jewellery pouch. Items purchased from the Personalised Edit will come with a special floating display box. This will ensure to keep jewellery away from moisture and avoid any dents or scratches.
It is encouraged that you use the jewellery pouches to keep jewellery in good condition and safe, please use pouches to store jewellery whenever you are not wearing them.
